Licensing & Terms of Use
The price to license an Own Brand Music recording for global use is pre-priced at 30% of the fee required to license the underlying song for the same purpose and territory. Own Brand Music will provide contact details for the relevant music publisher or a direct online application to the publisher. Once a publisher license is secured, you are free to use the recording and will be issued a license for the sound recording covering the same use and territory. Any administration fee paid will be deducted from the final recording license fee.
